Effective community engagement results in best outcomes and is a powerful vehicle to effect change for the populations we serve. DHF’s desire is to create a space “The Den” were connections are made, and affords access to partnered organization who have “like minded” visions related to enhancing a healthy community.  We hope to be a catalyst to bring individuals, agencies, organizations and community members together that systematically have a shared vision of diversity, inclusion and collective good. “The Den” – will offer space where ideas are “cross fertilized”.  Our network goal is to increases capacity, communication, and efficiency with best outcomes for our community.
